2021 January 04: DTIYS Challenge
For some months now, I've admired the art of aepoyi on Instagram (the original can be found here) and wanted to work on their 10k Draw This In Your Style Challenge. Thankfully, there was no time limit on it, so I could work on that now that I *finally* had time (and motivation).
I was surprised at how challenging to work with such saturated colours as I tried to find a balance. It was certainly an adventure! I enjoyed the practice and can't wait to do another.

2020 May 04: Raffle Prize for FallNSkye
My art raffle ended in late April, and this month I get to work on getting those raffle prizes ready for the winners!
One down, two to go. ;D
This one is for FallNSkye on Twitter, of their druid named Kira. I hope I did her justice! It was a challenge to work in more pastel colours, as I tend to go for more saturated ones overall. xD
Created in Adobe Fresco.

One Week Portrait: Day Two
Day Two focuses on flat colours, and laying out planes. Before getting started, I adjusted some of my lines from yesterday that were a bit rough but, for the most part, decided to just go for it.
Unfortunately, today was incredibly frustrating. I hadn't saved for an hour and my tablet locked up and crashed... so I had to redo all of that work.
I was so angry. :x
I'll need to be more careful and make sure to save/upload backups, just because my samsung tablet isn't able to keep up with demands so much anymore. (It may be ArtFlow Studio's limitations, too.)
Hopefully it'll hold out so I can get this all done! xD

One Week Portrait: Day One
I'm participating in the One Week Portrait, which started yesterday
Here is my sketch, next to the photo I am using as reference: a stock photo I picked up from Pexels, taken by Victor Miyata.
It was off to a rough start, but I'm sure I'll get better as I go along. Difficulty staying focused is not so great for the drawing. xD
I'm looking forward to the painting part, to be honest.

Saturday Sketch: Elf
Quick Saturday sketch on Ko-fi!
I've a few larger projects ongoing & little to share until they're more complete. I needed a break today, so here's a random elf that took maybe 30 mins total.
