There May Be A Birthday
It's May and this month, I'm doing something special on Ko-fi!
My 35th(!) birthday is at the end of this month and I want to give something back to everyone able to support me through ko-fi. So, for the entire month of May I will create a sketch for everyone that makes a donation on my Ko‑fi page during the month. For the donation of one coffee ($3 USD) you will get a sketch from me. Sketches will be in the style of the examples shown on this post. $3 USD will get you a lineart sketch, and I'll add colour to it for an extra coffee (a total of $6 USD.)

Stay for a Coffee, and Maybe Buy Me One Too
Made a post on Ko-fi about some changes I'll be making as I prepare to start using Ko-fi Gold, to give fans more access to me and my process.
Here's an excerpt: Over the last few months I have been considering Patreon and Ko‑fi as options to give fans of my work more access to me as a creator. It has taken some consideration, and I have decided to go with... Ko-fi!
Maybe this isn't a surprise as my page has been accessible since October, but the current plan I'm using is Free. The change will be that I'm moving to Ko‑fi Gold, a subscription to both support Ko-fi's development and to give me access to a number of features that I can put to good use for those following and supporting my work.
I am aiming to be ready to go early February.
Any feedback is awesome! Please check out the link for the rest. :D

Those who create art and use kofi or Patreon, which do you prefer and why? I don't need to know what's "better" since it's subjective but getting an idea of what works for people using either platform would be helpful.
I want to use one of them... I know I don't have a lot of followers yet: under 100 between Instagram, Wordpress, Twitter and other social medias.
But it feels like a big decision to make. Like I need to get it right.
I'm more familiar with using Patreon in the subscriber side, but Ko-fi's options appeal as a creator.
I guess the next question is: what do fans prefer, too? Which perform do you prefer your favourite creators use?
